ReplyDeleteI hope you've had a great new year so far! My name is Gargee and I am a student commenter for the Summer Learning Journey this summer. Are you excited for 2020?
Those are some great songs right there! I personally hadn't heard of these before, so I took a break to have a little listen. I especially enjoyed the last one not mainly because of the song, but also the visuals because it made it even more enjoyable. I like how you explained the activity and included the known artists. All of these seem to be in another language like Korean, do you prefer those over english songs? In what way do you like these songs? Is it the message, voice, visuals?; I'd love to know! Personally, I don't have any favourite songs, but I do enjoy quite a few. I like "Fight Song" by Rachel Platten and lots of Bruno Mars's songs.
It seems like you enjoy music, do you listen regularly? When do you usually listen to music? I listen when I need to focus or get motivated to do something I'm not looking forward to, like if I need to study or complete housework. Music is a really big part of lots of people's lives nowadays, especially to the famous singers out there. Is music something you really treasure? Do you want to become a singer? If not, then what would you want to be?
Overall, well done for making it so far into the Summer Learning Journey! You're zooming ahead right into week 4, and no doubt you'll be an early finisher. Keep up the amazing effort, Haemo.

What is it about these songs that you like?
I noticed that all of your chosen songs are sung in Korean rather than English. Do you enjoy listening to ‘English’ music, or do you prefer listening to Korean singers?
I also noticed how two of the four songs you included on your list were made by Monet. I have never heard of Monet before however I thoroughly enjoyed listening to the music! Is Monet your favourite artist?
