ReplyDeleteHow lovely to see you posting on your blog today. I always enjoy it when people share their favourite books. I would love to know more about this book. Is it written in English?
Have a great day

Kia ora Haemo, this is Kieryn from the Summer Learning Journey.
ReplyDeleteThank you for participating in the Summer Learning Journey activities and sharing with us your favourite book!
You mentioned that this book is from South Korea, and I can see from the cover page of the book that it is in a different language. How can you understand what the book is saying?
Do you speak/can you read Korean?
You also mentioned that this book is about needing to survive on an uninhabited island. That sounds like a really awesome plot line, especially if it is as funny as you say.
What is this book called, and who are the authors/illustrators?
It would be awesome if you could reply to this comment and let me know!
I heard that traditionally, books in Korea are written vertically rather than horizontally. Although in today’s society their books are being made more like our English ones, the occasional book is still made in the traditional format.
Do you have to read this book vertically, or is it the standard horizontal way in which we are used to?
Keep up the great work!
